REPAIR:
1) THE SUPPLY VOLTAGE IS NOT STABLE. IT SHOULD BE 90%-110% RATED VOLTAGE:
SOLUTION 1) CHECK IF THE SUPPLY VOLTAGE IS TOO LOW. IF YES, PLEASE ADJUST IT
2) THE VOLTAGE IS TOO LOW, THE LOAD IS TOO HEAVY:
SOLUTION 2) CHECK IF THE BURTHEN IS TOO HEAVY. IF YES, PLEASE DECREASE THE LOAD
3) TEST THE CURRENT OF THE LIVE WIRE:
SOLUTION 3) IF THE CURRENT IS NOT LARGER THAN THE VALUE OF THE OVERLOAD PROTECTION, PLEASE CHECK THE CONTROLLER. IF NECESSARY, TRY TO REPLACE IT WITH A NEW CORRESPONDING PCB
4) THE CONDENSER IS TOO DIRTY OR THERE ARE SOME DEFECTS WITH THE AIR RETURN:
SOLUTION 4) CHECK IF THE CONDENSER IS TOO DIRTY OR IF THERE ARE SOME DEFECTS WITH THE AIR RETURN
5) THE FAN SPEED IS NOT NORMAL:
SOLUTION 5) CHECK IF THE ROTATIONAL FAN SPEED IS NORMAL. IF NOT, TRY TO REPLACE IT WITH A NEW CORRESPONDING FAN
6) THE COMPRESSOR DOES NOT RUN OR THERE ARE SOME DEFECTS SUCH AS NOISE, OIL LEAKS OR THE COMPRESSOR SHELL THAT IS TOO HOT:
SOLUTION 6) CHECK IF THE COMPRESSOR IS DAMAGED. IF YES, REPLACE IT WITH A NEW CORRESPONDING COMPRESSOR
7) THERE ARE SOME BLOCKAGES IN THE SYSTEM:
SOLUTION 7) CHECK IF THE SYSTEM IS BLOCKED OR NOT. IF YES, PLEASE REMOVE BLOCKAGE
