REPAIR:
1) THE SUPPLY VOLTAGE IS UNSTABLE. IT SHOULD BE 90%-110% RATED VOLTAGE:
SOLUTION 1) CHECK IF THE SUPPLY VOLTAGE IS STABLE OR NOT. IF NOT, PLEASE ADD A VOLTAGE REGULATOR AND ELIMINATE MALFUNCTION
2) THE SUPPLY VOLTAGE IS TOO LOW AND THE LOAD IS TOO HEAVY:
SOLUTION 2) CHECK IF THE SUPPLY VOLTAGE IS TOO LOW AND THE LOAD IS TOO HEAVY. IF YES, PLEASE IMPROVE/ADJUST THE POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE
3) TEST THE CURRENT OF THE LIVE WIRE:
SOLUTION 3) CHECK IF THE CURRENT OF THE LIVE WIRE IS LARGER THAN THE VALUE OF OVERLOAD PROTECTION. IF NOT, PLEASE CHECK THE PCB
4) THE HEAT EXCHANGERS ARE MALFUNCTIONING:
SOLUTION 4) CHECK IF THE HEAT EXCHANGERS ARE TOO DIRTY OR HAVE SOME DEFECTS WITH AIR RETURN
5) THE FAN SPEED IS NOT NORMAL:
SOLUTION 5) CHECK IF THE FAN SPEED IS ABNORMAL. IF YES, IT MAY BE BROKEN AND NEEDS REPLACEMENT
6) THE COMPRESSOR DOES NOT RUN, OR THERE IS SOME OTHER MALFUNCTION:
SOLUTION 6) CHECK IF THE COMPRESSOR DOES NOT RUN, OR IF THERE IS SOME OTHER MALFUNCTION LIKE NOISE, OIL LEAKS OR IF A COMPRESSOR SHELL THAT IS TOO HOT.
7) THERE ARE BLOCKAGES IN THE SYSTEM:
SOLUTION 7) CHECK IF THERE ARE SOME BLOCKAGES IN THE SYSTEM. IF YES, REPLACE THE BLOCKAGE COMPONENT
